14 Weeks!

My baby is already 14 weeks old! I can't believe it!! She was in such a great mood today...really the first day she's seemed really content since we went to the hospital. It's so fun to hear her squeals and giggles and see that sweet smile. She brings such joy to mine and Dustin's lives.

This is her "serious, I'm showing off my double-chin" look

She may look like she's fussing, but she's actually squealing with laughter
Awww...I'm too cute!

Cousins

Well, actually 2nd cousins. But they're related...can't you tell?! Check out the eyes and nose. I'm afraid it's all Lewis! They'll be such good friends. I'm so blessed to stay at home with Taylor and be able to keep Thatcher. Can you imagine what it'll be like when they're both crawling!!!!

My Top 5

I saw this on Averi and Kenda's blogs, so I thought I'd list my top 5. You know, like on the Friend's episode when they all have their list of top 5's. Well, here's mine...

#5 - Brad Pitt - He use to be up higher on my list, but I think he's getting to be a bit over-rated. Still cute enough to make the top 5 though!

#4 - Paul Walker - I heard that he use to date a Lubbock chick. Don't know if it's true, but you gotta love those baby blues!!

#3 - Nick Lachey - Enough said!

#2 - Tim McGraw - His voice is just beautiful!

#1 - Matt Damon - He made my Top 5 as soon as I saw Good Will Hunting and there he has stayed!
Of course, my real Numero Uno is my ever-so-sexy hubby!!! Those baby blues and dimples...yummy!!

So, who is in your top 5?

We're Home

We are finally home from the hospital!! For those of you that did not know, we went to the ER last Wednesday because Taylor was wheezing and respirating over 75 breaths/minute. We got to the ER and her oxygen level was between 80 and 85 (it should be above 92). So they did two breathing treatments and put her on oxygen. They tested her for RSV, and she has it!! YUCK!! So, they had to put an IV in (they had to stick both hands and her right foot) and admit her. We have been there ever since and got home this afternoon. For those of you that came by, emailed, called, and most importantly prayed, THANK YOU!!! We are so blessed to have such amazing friends and family. God gave us the strength we needed to make it through the sleepness nights and He gave us the calmness we needed (because we were some freaked out parents). She's now sound asleep and we are doing LOTS of laundry and spraying Lysol everywhere. We are so thankful she's okay.

Oh, and she's 13 weeks old today!!!! Here is our little angel sound asleep.

A Typical Day at the Wall Family Circus

Right now, they're all 4 asleep!!! (knocking on wood) This is a rarity for them all to be asleep at the same time. I was picking up a bit and noticed this doll tied to the dresser by her hair. It made me laugh, then I looked around a bit more and realized how much my house looks like a circus. I love it though! The babies are so cuddly and the two older girls are fun to giggle with. I wanted to share these pictures of the circus...

Kid Sittin'

So, after the first week, I LOVE my new job!! I had 2 girls this week (Bryten is 3 1/2 and Shelbi is 16 months). Thatcher will start on Monday. It has been so awesome. You're probably thinking what could be so great about wiping bottoms and cleaning bottles?! As that's not always the most fun, where else can you hide under a tent (sheet in the living room) and eat as many cinnamon rolls and cookies as you want (prepared by the 3 1/2 yr old chef) and not gain any weight?! Where else can you lay around on the floor and read books? Where else can you laugh so hard when asked, "Whatcha got in there, whiskey?" It was not whiskey, it was diet coke. Where do kids come up with this stuff? We've baked cookies, played with Floam, I've had my hair done in many different styles, and drank many glasses of tea with my favorite dolls. I truly feel like God created me to do just this. I feel like it's the perfect fit for me. The girls are wonderful and a true blessing. They are so polite and sweet. Bryten loves to be my big helper. And Shelbi loves to sing and dance. I'll keep you all posted on how everything continues. Thanks to you all who have prayed for us as we make this transition. God has truly blessed us!

The Bumbo

Taylor started sitting in her bumbo earlier this week. I think it's so cute! She's still a little confused as to whether she likes it or not. She is so strong!
